No big surprise here.
Iran said Sunday it had ruled out a proposal to move its uranium enrichment program to Russia, further complicating the international dispute over the country’s nuclear program.
Iran wants nothing to do with legitimate international monitoring of their nuclear development.

Iran threatened the United States with “harm and pain” Wednesday for its role in hauling Tehran before the U.N. Security Council over its nuclear program.
