With yesterday’s announcement that she will be resigning as Alaska’s governor at the end of July, Sarah Palin opened speculation on her plans and political future. What are your thoughts? Participate in the poll in the sidebar, and leave your comments here.

Update: I’ve added this topic in the new and improved Forum.

I have mixed feelings on her quitting–Obama asked that the media to keep their children out of the mix. McCain and Palin agreed. The main street media is 8-1 bias to the left. They have shown their cruelty by attacking her children and family. their is no special favors for her husband.there is just small gov,t, no corruption, energy independence. Is this not what Regan did to make us great? we lost 2 million jobs since January. Instead of being the envy of the world we are losing face.

Michael,

Sadly that’s true. Until we know more, I can only wish her, and her family, all the best.

My husband and I like her even more since she said she is resigning. If everyone actually listened to her speech, everyone would have heard her say “Thanks to the left and constant harrassments she can no longer do her job to the best of her ability and to the degree that Alaska deserves, and she is not going to continue to waste their time and dollars”. Who could possibly hear that and not have the utmost respect and admiration for her? I hope she continues her political career and she will get our vote hands down!!!!!!!!!!

She’s a total flameout. Good riddance.
