I’m searching for this week’s Caption Contest picture, but found this one:

The caption is better than the picture:

Members of the Guardia Civil marching at a parade. Medical experts are urging Spain’s government to revise the list of reasons for exclusion from the Civil Guard police force, which for men include having a high-pitched voice or just one testicle, a newspaper said Tuesday.

    Well, it makes perfect sense to exclude men with only one testicle; it’s obvious that they don’t have enough balls to become police officers!
