Drill Here. Drill Now. Save Money.

“Drill Here. Drill Now. Save Money.” is the name given to the petition drive at American Solutions. It’s content is simple:

We, therefore, the undersigned citizens of the United States, petition the U.S. Congress to act immediately to lower gasoline prices by authorizing the exploration of proven energy reserves to reduce our dependence on foreign energy sources from unstable countries.

As of this writing 230,494 have signed the petition in just 10 days. I bet we can make it a quarter million by the end of the weekend. If you agree with this common sense solution, please sign the petition.

I am a working man with 5 kids and a mortgage. I have had to recently make some very tough choices. I had to quit making payment on my credit cards and ruin my excellent credit rating because of your terrible choises you people up there have made in my behalf. I have high property tax’s, high tax’s at the pump and more and more tax’s. I need relief now. my wife and I work to provide for our family, but it seem more and more is all I work for is to pay your lousy salleries and high tax’s for your pork barral spending. Give me some relief……NOW!!!!!

One other thing. Lets drill now and get these gas prices down. Its killing me finacialy. between the cost of gas, food and tax’s. Im going to be watching you people very close. I will be voting those who dont work together to get these prices down at the pump, food and tax’s out of office.

I say Drill NOW! China and India are drilling right now 50 miles off the coast of Florida and sucking out all of our oil from the Gulf that our American oil companies are not allowed to drill for. Does this make any sence??? Not to me. I will not vote for anyone who does not want to let our natural reserves be harvested. If you listen to the tree huggers all you get is thousands of acres of trees burned up by fires because the old growth is not harvested!
Logging, the Alaska pipeline, nuclear power, global warming, the green scare mongers are always wrong! They will tax us to death and all of our money is going over seas to people that want us dead. WAKE UP AMERICA!
I think that I may have to vote for Bob Barr if he runs on the Libertarian ticket. He is the only candidate running for President that wants to drill and build oil refineries now.

Will someone PLEASE buy John McCain a ticket to fly to Anwar and see if he still wishes to compare it to the Grand Canyon. Can anyone truly imagine that a family will ever drive to Anwar for a family camping trip?

I am here in Santa Barbara surrounded by “get oil out” and “save the ocean” loons. We have oil seepage in the ocean bigtime here because we won’t drill for it and release the pressure. Help!

Still cannot believe these self-serving morons in government are getting away with highway robbery on us all daily-and we’re allowing it!
They get free gas, free lunch, huge tax write offs, they vote to give themselves raises, they have the best health care and retirement plan, and they don’t have to live on social security like the rest of us. No wonder they don’t care….THEY DON’T HAVE TO!!!

We are retired, living on a fixed income we bellieve in paying fair taxes, and helping others. Now we all need help. We need to help our fellow Americans. Drill here let our oil companies make money not foreign governments that hate us. Lets put our kids first. Save our way of life so we can show our grandchildren the wonders of our country.

If the government is going to subsidize something, let them subsidize oil, not tax it. Whatever you tax, you get less of. Don’t subsidize ethenol and raise worldwide food prices!!!

Let us utilize the natural resources god gave
us to continue our economic growth, and give
us the ablity raise the standard of living
for those who follow us. Drill in all areas
of the USA and do it now. Too many have made
