   There’s a shock. I hope Huck enjoys his last win.

   Next question; how are the delegates apportioned? It’s a combination of district-level WTA and statewide WTA (12 total at the district level, 3×4 districts, 27 at the statewide). I’m at a conference on the laptop right now, so I can’t track that.
