I did something Sunday and yesterday that I very seldom do. After posting the First Cup post both days, I stepped away from the computer. Of course I couldn’t avoid one altogether yesterday since I’m on one all day long at work, and I did read through the news at lunch.

It felt good, but now on to slogging through my feed reader and getting back in — relaxed.
