I think it looks pretty sharp. A lot cleaner than your old design, and loads quicker.
The only thing I would change (and this is more for revenue reasons) is to move the day by day cartoon to the sidebar and maybe move everything up, so that when a person visits your site, they don’t have to scroll down so much. That way, as much of your page as possible is “above the fold”.
