First Cup The first cup is for the guest, the second for enjoyment, the third for the sword. ~ An old Arabic saying

I did something yesterday evening that I haven’t done in a very long time. Not only did I not post anything last night, I didn’t even turn on the computer! Not to check email. Not to see hockey scores. Not to read news or blogs. Not. At. All.

I wasn’t doing anything special. No TV show or sporting event I just had to see (although I did half look at the Tampa Bay Lightning get shut out). Nothing.

It was refreshing, and I feel refreshed. After catching up on some email and reading it will be on with the show.
