Wild Card Weekend

Wild Card playoffs in the NFL start in about 30 minutes with the Colts/Chiefs game. I think Indianapolis is going to walk away in this one. That game will be followed by the Cowboys/Seahawks game at 8:00 EST. I think that one will be somewhat closer, but I give the edge to Seattle.

Tomorrow it’s the Jets and Patriots in the Early game (my pick – New England) with my Eagles hosting the Giants at 4:30.

So, any other prediction? Leave a comment or discuss it in the Forum

UPDATE Colts/Chiefs Game: Colts win this one 23-8 although it took a while for Indianapolis to find the end zone. The score was 9-0 late in the third quarter. And while the Colts took their time scoring their first touchdown the Chiefs took even longer to get their first first down. Overall, the Colts less than spectacular, but managed to pull out a win in spite of 3 picks of Manning passes. They’re not going to go much further playing as they did today.

UPDATE Seahawks/Cowboys Game: Seattle pulls off the win 21-20 in what has to be one of the strangest games I’ve seen in some time, including a very strange fourth quarter. Safeties, missed field goals, a little bit of everything. At least the everything you don’t see in many other games.
