Here are a few of the interim results for today’s Florida primary elections (source):

For Governor
Republican — Charlie Crist is leading Tom Gallagher 64.8% to 32.5% (the other two candidates share just over 1% each).
Democrat — Jim Davis is ahead of Rod Smith 47.1% to 41.2% (the other three challengers are pulling down between 2.5-5.5% each).

Senate
In the Republican primary for Senate to face Bill Nelson in November, Katherine Harris has 49.6% of the vote. Her nearest challenger is William McBride with 29.5%

The Florida Masochist is liveblogging the primary results, and plans on staying up later than I do.

links from Technoratibarely tally 45% of the vote. I wonder if he’ll sue after the election. Jim Davis continues to lead, with over 50% of vote in, his lead is 26,000. Still too early to call. 1045 Update- Welcome Bright & Early readers. I found the PB County results site. Irv Slosberg now trails by 1,400 votes in State Senate District 30 race. 1125 Update- This will be my last for the night. I’m calling the Democratic Governor’s race for Jim Davis. He leads 300,325 to 263,502. Too bad there will be no run-off.
