You quote Don Surber complaining about something that Amnesty International has no mandate to address. The charters for Amnesty International addresses only the behavior of state agents. Since the U.S. soldiers were not kidnapped and killed by state agents the events fall outside their mandate.
Surber also says something about a POW camp. What POW camp?
