Senator Reid's comments take the cake for the most bizzare conclusion. He said something to the extent of: "General Casey said thousands of U.S. soldiers can withdraw by the end of the year. Does he want to cut and run too Congressional Republicans?" That statement attributed to Casey is accurate, which is why there's no reason to pass a Senate bill in the first place.
