If the opposition really wanted to tie Delay around everyone else’s neck, they seem to have shot their bolt too early, as usual. I always thought they were Johnny 5 minutes types, but jumping Jimminy! There goes half of their campaign strategy. If Libby squashed his indictment, there goes another 20%.
