Since moving bRight & Early to this url my traffic has tanked — fell in more than half, actually. This is when it’s good to be an optimist. Instead of folding up shop, I know I have to get back to doing some of the things I’ve neglected that got the traffic up in the first place. In other words, it’s time to start over. Now all of you won’t see much of a change. In fact this post is pretty much just for me — a reminder to myself to do what I need to do to make this little venture a success.

I’m shocked you didn’t lose more than that. You automatically lost any and all Internet search hits and then all hits from people that never saw that posting, and we both know people surely never saw it and never knew you switched URLs.

I guess I could have more accurately said I lost almost all traffic and it quickly recovered to half of what it was. But hey, I started with zero traffic — starting over’s no big deal. The nice thing is all those who did see the change and have changed their blogrolls and let their readers know. To all of you — Thanks.
