Republican Congressional Blog Reading

John Hawkins has an interesting post at Right Wing News that has a list of blogs Republican members of Congress are reading. Surprisingly, bRight & Early is not among them.

I took his list and looked at it a bit differently, instead of by MoC I examined it by blog.

The nine from whom John obtained information listed a total of 56 different blogs. 43 of the 56 were only listed once. Here are the 13 and the number of lists they appear on with the percentage:

  1. RedState — 7 (78%)
  2. Hugh Hewitt, Expose the Left, and Power Line — 4 (44%)
  3. Instapundit, Right Wing News, and TownHall — 3 (33%)
  4. Blogs For Bush, Little Green Footballs, Michelle Malkin, PoliPundit, The Corner, The Truth Laid Bear — 2 (22%)

The big reader was Congressman Bob Ney who listed 33 of the 56 blogs. Senator Joe Wilson only listed one.

Interesting.
