Supporting Denmark II

It is unbelievable the amount of controversy the cartoons published in Denmark have generated. Michelle Malkin, on the suggestion of E.L. Core, has started a Muhammad Cartoons “Blogburst” for those who have, “posted some or all of the forbidden Muhammad cartoons on your blog in support of Denmark and the Jyllands-Posten”. An impressive list of blogs are already linked.

I have another suggestion that we’ll take care of here. Other than posting the cartoons, what ideas do you have to support Denmark? If you have a blog and are posting on this topic, create a trackback to this post and it will appear below.

I suggest a Saturday serving of wienerbrød – what we call a danish. Everyone make sure you pick up some on your way home from work tonight or in the morning and start your Saturday morning with it. I understand that it may only be symbolic, but symbols can be very powerful things. If you have another idea, please leave a comment.

I have a number of ideas about how to support Denmar. The main one involves aggregating those of us who are posting and speaking out and creating a loose network of freedom-loving bloggers and activists. This will certainly not be the last attempt by the Islamicists to have their way with the West.

Second is for people to start wearing Danish flag pins and wear them for a long time. It actually serves our cause for people to remember what the Islamicists have been trying to do and to not let it be forgotten. After all, as much as I hate to admit it, the cause of freedom will be better served for the forseeable future if we fight under the Danish flag rather than the American or the Israeli.
